Example: If you set an annual limit of $800 for panel GP visits, the employee can claim up to $800 total in one year. Once the limit is used up, any additional visits will be fully paid by the employee.
Co-pay
Let employees contribute a small fixed amount per visit
This is the amount the employee pays out-of-pocket for each consultation.
Example: If the co-pay is $5, and the consultation costs $40, the employee pays $5, and the company covers the remaining $35. This encourages shared responsibility for medical spending.
Cap per visit
Set the maximum amount the company will cover per visit
This limits how much the company will pay for a single medical visit.
